The Utah Pass is the most affordable season ticket option for the 2024-25 season. This unique flex-seat location season ticket gives you a different experience for every game at the Huntsman Center! Feel the thrill of Runnin’ Utes Basketball like never before! Each week, you’ll watch the game from different vantage points around the Huntsman Center for just $120! You can enhance your game day experience by requesting to sit by a friend and you’ll have the opportunity to buy guest passes to each game!

Utah Pass FAQ

1. Do I get a ticket to each game on the schedule? How do I claim my tickets? Tickets are guaranteed for each game on the schedule. Opt-ins open 24 hours prior to tip-off. You must opt-in to confirm your plans to attend in order to receive a ticket.
2. How do I opt-in to claim my tickets? When does the opt-in open before each game? You will receive a text when the opt-in window opens. The window starts 24 hours before tip-off. If available, you will also have an opportunity to upgrade and purchase guest tickets. The opt-in window closes 20 minutes after tip-off. Any opt-ins received within 4 hours of tip-off will not have the option to upgrade or buy guest passes.
3. Where are my tickets? Your tickets will be sent over 3 hours before tip-off. Late opt-ins are delivered immediately. Late opt-ins cannot upgrade, buy guest tickets, or sit with a friend. You can find the tickets in your Utah Ticketmaster Account Manager.
4. How are tickets sent to me? The tickets are delivered to your Utah Ticketmaster Account Manager.
5. Where will my seats be located? Seat locations will vary by game and can range from lower-bowl seats to upper-bowl seats.
6. Can these tickets be transferred to a friend? Utah Pass tickets, upgrades, and guest passes are not transferable and not eligible for resale. Abusing these guidelines can result in your Utah Pass being revoked.
7. Can my seats be changed? Once tickets have been sent to your account, they cannot be changed.
8. Can I link tickets with other pass holders? You can link your pass with other pass holders using Sit With a Friend, located within the Utah Pass portal on the left navigation. This allows you to create and join ticket groups. If possible, fans within a ticket group will be assigned seats next to each other.
