Know Before U Go | Jon M. Huntsman Center
Utah Athletics uses mobile-only ticketing and parking for all home events. Fans will use their smartphones to access tickets and parking passes—no printed versions needed. This process enhances security, simplifies entry, and offers the most convenient way to access Utah’s venues.
You’ll find everything you need to get started, including step-by-step instructions for adding your tickets and parking passes to your phone’s wallet, how to transfer tickets to friends or family using text message, answers to common questions, and tips to make your game day experience easier.
Pro Tip:
Once your tickets are delivered, add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay right away. If game times shift, your digital ticket will automatically update. You may also receive helpful notifications from your phone reminding you when it is time to head to the gate.
Please note: All tickets must be loaded into a mobile wallet in order to enter a Utah Athletics event or game. Screenshots or PDFs will not be accepted at the gate.

One of the best things about mobile ticketing is peace of mind. If you have your phone, you have your tickets. Once added to your wallet, they will stay there until you remove them.
If you did not save them or cannot find your email, log in to your Utah360 app or visit https://utahutes.evenue.net/signin. There, you can add your tickets and parking passes to your wallet, transfer them to others via text message, or post unused tickets on SeatGeek.
On game days, rides on UTA buses, TRAX, and FrontRunner trains are free with a valid Utah Basketball or Gymnastics ticket. For more information, please visit UTA.com.

The safety of student-athletes and spectators is a top priority for all Utah Athletics home events. We ask all fans to extend a sincere “Welcome to Utah” to all by being respectful and responsible when attending our events, helping create a home-field advantage for our teams in a way that also shows class and sportsmanship toward visiting teams. The FanUP initiative exists to define the expected fan behavior at our home venues and is centered around:
Profanity, public intoxication, rude and disrespectful behavior, racial and derogatory comments, or verbal attacks directed at individuals or groups will not be tolerated. Anyone who engages in unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct will be removed from the premises, and we encourage all fans to help us identify and call out such behavior. Please read President Taylor Randall and Athletics Director Mark Harlan’s “Welcome to Utah” letter to fans.
