Manage Tickets – Special Events

University of Utah – Ticketmaster Account Manager

Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Jon M. Huntsman Center may host events using the Ticketmaster Account Manager platform. If you receive tickets that were issued directly by the venue, you will access those tickets on Account Manager.

Tickets purchase online at Ticketmaster.com will still be accessed in the Ticketmaster App.

University of Utah Athletics event tickets are NOT accessed here.

Login to your account
- Go to https://am.ticketmaster.com/uofustadium/
- Click ‘Sign In’ button in the upper right corner
- Enter your Username & Password
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click forgot password to reset it

Manage Tickets
- Click ‘My Events’
- Choose the event that you’d like to manage your tickets

After selecting the event, you’ll be able to see all of the tickets you have for the event you selected.
We encourage fans to add your tickets to your Apple or Google wallets. This saves your ticket to your device and does not require an internet connection to load and use your ticket at the event. Your device must support and be enabled for NFC tap functions in order to scan the tickets saved in your wallet.

Transfer Tickets
- Click ‘Transfer Tickets’
- When prompted, enter the information of the person you intend to transfer the ticket. When finished, click ‘Transfer’ to complete the process
- It is advised to transfer tickets to people that you know and trust

Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front of the tickets and is subject to the full terms found at www.ticketmaster.com, as well as all applicable venue policies. Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms.
