Utah Pass FAQ

1. Do I get a ticket to each game on the schedule? How do I claim my tickets?
   Tickets are guaranteed for each game on the schedule. You must opt-in each week to confirm your plans to attend in order to receive a ticket.

2. How do I opt in to claim my tickets? When does the opt-in open before each game?

You will receive a text when the opt-in window opens. The window starts at 9 a.m. Monday the week of the game. If available, you will also have an opportunity to opt in and purchase guest tickets. The opt-in window closes Wednesday at 5 p.m. MST.

3. Where are my tickets? 

Your tickets will be sent over the day before the game, and you can find them in your Utah Ticketmaster Account Manager.

4. How are tickets sent to me? 

The day before the game, you will receive a text confirming that tickets have been delivered to your Utah Ticketmaster Account Manager. Utah Pass tickets are only digital—no printed tickets will be allowed.

5. Where will my seats be located?

Seat locations will vary by game and can range from standing room to chair back seats.

6. Can these tickets be transferred to a friend?

Utah Pass tickets, upgrades, and guest passes are not transferable and not eligible for resale. Abusing these guidelines can result in your Utah Pass being revoked.

7. Can my seats be changed? 

Once tickets have been sent to your account, they cannot be changed.

8. Can I link tickets with other pass holders? 

You can link your pass with other pass holders using Sit With a Friend, located within the Utah Pass portal on the left navigation. This allows you to create and join ticket groups. If possible, fans within a ticket group will be assigned seats next to each other.

9. Will I get Season Ticket Holder and Crimson Club Benefits? 

Yes! As a Utah Pass holder, you will receive full benefits of being a season ticket holder and Crimson Club member, including priority for and post-season game tickets and season ticket upgrades for the 2025 season.
