Digital Tickets

Tickets will be scanned on game day using the ticket holder’s mobile device. They also may be transferred to others via the Utah Tickets App.

  • To ensure a successful experience with digital ticketing, fans are encouraged to download their tickets and parking passes to their smartphone wallets (iPhone and Android) and present them upon arrival at the parking lot and stadium gates to expedite the entry process.
  • Step-by-step instructions for the process have been delivered to season ticket holders via email and may be accessed online by logging in to a season ticket holder’s account and selecting “Manage Tickets
  • It is also recommended that fans plan to arrive early to allow extra time for the entry process.

Donating Tickets

If you cannot attend a Utah Athletics event, you can donate them to VetTix  or Best Seat in the House.

Game Day Transit

On game days, rides on UTA buses, TRAX, and FrontRunner trains are free with a valid Utah Softball ticket. For more information, please visit UTA.com.

Dumke Family Softball Stadium has implemented cashless transactions at all concession stands to reduce touchpoints and increase concession sales efficiency. All sales will be completed using credit cards or Apple Pay and Google Wallet mobile payment apps.

Dumke Family Softball STADIUM ENTRY

Stadium gates open one hour before first pitchTo speed up the process of entry into the Dumke Family Softball Stadium, fans are encouraged to arrive early and review the most efficient route from their parking lot or the Trax station..

In line with the University of Utah’s commitment to providing a safe atmosphere for spectators, student-athletes, coaches, and visitors within the Huntsman Center, walk-through detector technology will be implemented at all entry doors beginning this season. Please follow the instructions of the security staff at each entry door.

 

Dumke Family Softball Stadium Policies

A clear bag policy will be implemented. Only clear bags will be allowed to enter the stadium, and no outside food or drink will be allowed into the ballpark. No animals are allowed on the grounds unless they are designated service animals.

The following items are prohibited at Dumke Family Softball Stadium:

  • Laser Pointers
  • Artificial Noise Makers
  • Canopies or Beach Umbrellas
  • Heaters/Open Flames
  • Weapons & Explosives
  • Alcohol, Tobacco, E-Cigarettes

The following behaviors are prohibited at Dumke Family Softball Stadium:

  • Disruptive, unruly or intoxicated behavior
  • Foul, abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Rudeness to other fans, stadium personnel, competitors, or officials
  • Throwing objects or entering the field of play

Only clear bags up to 12″x 18″ will be allowed inside the stadium. No bags, purses, or duffels may be brought into the Dumke Family Softball Stadium except for small clutch bags no larger than 6.5” x 4.5”.

FAN BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS — WELCOME TO UTAH

The safety of student-athletes and spectators is a top priority for all Utah Athletics home events. We ask all fans to extend a sincere “Welcome to Utah” to all by being respectful and responsible when attending our events, helping create a home-field advantage for our teams in a way that also shows class and sportsmanship toward visiting teams. The FanUP initiative exists to define the expected fan behavior at our home venues and is centered around:

  • Supporting our Utes and welcoming visiting teams and their fans
  • Promoting a family-friendly experience
  • Enjoying the game responsibly
  • Cheering loud and being Ute Proud!
  • Reporting fan behavior issues by texting ‘FANUP’ to 69050

Profanity, public intoxication, rude and disrespectful behavior, racial and derogatory comments, or verbal attacks directed at individuals or groups will not be tolerated. Anyone who engages in unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct will be removed from the premises, and we encourage all fans to help us identify and call out such behavior. Please read President Taylor Randall and Athletics Director Mark Harlan’s “Welcome to Utah” letter to fans.
