Know Before U Go | Smith’s Ballpark
Tickets will be scanned on game day using the ticket holder’s mobile device. They also may be transferred to others via the Utah Tickets App.
As always, University of Utah students will be admitted to the ballpark by simply presenting a valid UCard. Fans who prefer to purchase tickets in person on gameday can do so at the Smith’s Ballpark Ticket Office beginning one hour before the first pitch.

On game days, rides on UTA buses, TRAX, and FrontRunner trains are free with a valid Utah Baseball ticket. For more information, please visit UTA.com.
A limited concessions menu will be available inside Smith’s Ballpark this season. To reduce touchpoints and increase efficiency, all transactions will be cashless. All sales will be completed using credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet mobile payment apps.
Fans can park free in the North lot, just across the street from Smith’s Ballpark. No parking passes or permits are necessary; fans can enter the lot from Richards Street and pull into any spot.
Stadium gates open one hour before the first pitch. All entry will be through the Home Plate entrance at the corner of 13th South and West Temple. To speed up the process of entry into the stadium, fans are encouraged to arrive early and review the most efficient route from their parking lot or the Trax station.
A clear bag policy will be implemented. Only clear bags will be allowed to enter the stadium, and no outside food or drink will be allowed into the ballpark. No animals are allowed on the grounds unless they are designated service animals. Restrooms are available on the first and third-base sides of the concourse.

Only clear bags up to 12″x 18″ will be allowed inside the stadium. No bags, purses, or duffels may be brought into the Dumke Family Softball Stadium except for small clutch bags no larger than 6.5” x 4.5”.

Anyone who engages in unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct will be removed from the premises, and we encourage all fans to help us identify and call out such behavior. As the “Team Behind Our Teams,” the Crimson Club provides scholarships and financial resources to help student-athletes excel academically and athletically. The Crimson Club Athletic Fund raised the money to build the University’s new football facility, which opened in August of 2013. And it provides scholarships and equipment to our football team.
