Managing Tickets

Quick Jump Guide

 

All tickets and parking passes to Utah Athletics Events(including the Layton Field Club at Rice-Eccles Stadium) are digital and can be accessed by the Utah360 App. Accounts must be paid to be managed online. Tickets will be scanned on game day using your mobile device. 

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to manage your tickets. If you have any questions, please call/text the Utah Ticket Office at (801) 581-8849.

To manage your tickets, download the Utah360 App—the official app of Utah Athletics.

Accessing and downloading YOUR TICKETS

  • Once in the Utah 360 App, click “tickets” at the bottom of the screen.
  • Click “manage tickets.”
  • Log in with your Utah Ticketmaster user email and password.

Screenshots and printed screenshots of tickets will not be accepted at the gate or door. Fans are strongly encouraged to log in to the app and save tickets to their mobile device before arriving on campus to avoid connectivity issues on game day.

Adding tickets to your mobile wallet

  • Find the event you want to add to your wallet.
  • After selecting an event, you’ll be able to see all of your tickets for that event. Select the tickets and add them to your Apple or Android wallet.
  • We encourage fans to add their tickets to their Apple or Android wallets so they can scan them at the gate. Adding to your wallet lets you access your ticket without wireless service or WIFI. Apple users who add to their wallets can use the NFC tap technology at the gate for quicker entry upon arrival.

Transferring Tickets

    • Click ‘Transfer Tickets’
    • When prompted, enter the information of the person you intend to transfer the ticket. When finished, click ‘Transfer’ to complete the process
    • It is advised to transfer tickets to people that you know and trust

Donating Tickets to charity

If you cannot attend a Utah Athletics event, you can donate them to VetTix, Best Seat in the House, or back to the Utah Athletics Ticket Office.

 

 

  • Click the event for which you want to donate tickets.
  • Select the seat(s) you want to donate.

 

  • Click “more” from the ticketing menu,
  • Click “donate” to select the charity you want to donate the tickets.

  • Select the charity from the dropdown list.

Reselling Tickets

    • Select the event you want to sell. Once in the event, click the ‘Sell’ Icon. Select the specific tickets you want to sell.
    • Choose a sell price for your selected tickets. Ticketmaster suggests a recommended sell price based on the current market.
    • Choose the money to be deposited in your bank account or applied to account credit.
    • Please add your bank account information when you post your tickets for resale. If account credit is chosen, it can only be used toward Utah Athletics events and cannot be refunded.
    • Click “Submit Listing” to finish the process of posting your tickets to sell.

terms & Conditions

Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front of the tickets and is subject to the full terms found at www.ticketmaster.com. Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms. Unlawful sale or attempted sale prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. Your ticket may not be resold for an amount in excess of the face value of the ticket with out written consent of the issuer. Maximum resale restrictions may apply, e.g.: PA: greater of $5 or 25% of ticket price plus tax; NY: if venue seats more than 5,000 persons, ticket may not be resold within 1,500 feet from the physical structure of this place of entertainment under penalty of the law. In the event a legal football game is not played, ticket may be exchanged for the same price seat for either: (a) rescheduled game, if any; or, if applicable, (b) any football home game within 12 months of original game, if available.

Complimentary tickets not exchangeable or redeemable for any benefit offered to tickets with a dollar value. TIME, OPPONENT, ROSTERS AND DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Your tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion or other trade purposes without written consent of the issuer. Applicable taxes are included. Holder assumes all risks occurring before, during or after event, including injury by any cause, and releases management, facility, league, participants, clubs, Ticketmaster, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims.
