Ticket transfer policy

Season Ticket ownership rights, for the most part, are not transferable without a per-ticket transfer fee, except for some circumstances between immediate family members. Exceptions may also be made in cases in which it can be verifiably demonstrated a person has been regularly purchasing season tickets as part of an existing season ticket account for which his/her name is not the primary account holder (e.g., account history reflecting regular season ticket payments by an individual other than the account holder of record). The Utah Athletics Ticket Manager must approve all transfer cases. Ownership of season tickets under a business or corporate account lies with the company and not the primary name on the account (unless he/she is the owner of said company). Ticket rights are not transferable to partners. Additionally, transfers of premium seats are not permitted.

Ticket Use and Resale Policy

Utah Athletics encourages ticket holders to donate, resell, or transfer individual game tickets if they cannot attend an event.

However, Utah Athletics reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel and refund, subject to retention of processing fees, at any time, any ticket renewal opportunity or ticket order from any account that exhibits or has exhibited activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit.

Utah Athletics reserves the right, in its sole discretion with notice, to require accounts holding tickets with required seat donations to make the full donation annually to retain their tickets for any account that exhibits or has exhibited activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit.

Utah Athletics reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to prohibit, prevent or otherwise restrict access to donor ticket presales or postseason purchases for accounts that have been identified as exhibiting activity consistent with that of purchasing tickets with the primary intent of resale for profit.
